No. 2 Women's Soccer Overpowers Louisville, 7-0

Champaign, Ill. - Bruin sophomore Lindsay Greco scored three goals and senior forward Stephanie Rigamat added two, as the No. 2 ranked UCLA women's soccer team defeated Louisville, 7-0 Friday evening at the University of Illinois' Orange & Blue Classic.

Greco, who recorded her first-career hat trick on Friday, led all scorers with seven points after also adding an assist on Stephanie Rigamat's goal in the 27th minute. Through UCLA's first three games, she leads the team in points with 11 (5g, 1a).

In addition to Greco and Rigamat, Mary-Frances Monroe and Victoria Bloom also scored goals for the Bruins.

With 41 shots against the Cardinals, UCLA set a single-game record, besting the old mark of 38 set against Georgia State last season.

UCLA (3-0-0) continues action at the Orange & Blue Classic on Sunday when it takes on Syracuse at Noon.
