SEATTLE - UCLA senior Kristee Porter has recorded her 2,116th career kill tonight in Seattle, passing Pac-10 Player of the Decade Natalie Williams for the UCLA and Pac-10 career kill record, as the Bruins won the match 3-1, with game scores of 30-23, 30-20, 28-30, 30-24.

Porter downed the record-breaking kill, her 10th of the evening, as UCLA held a 14-6 lead in the second game of the match. UCLA The Bruins dominated the first two games of the match, hitting .391 and .306 as a team respectively, as the Huskies hit .000 for game one.

That trend reversed in game three, as the Bruins committed 12 of their 28 team attack errors in the third game, and hit .096 as a team before coming back with 24 kills and just five errors on 42 attacks to hit .452 in game four.

Porter and Ashley Bowles both double-doubled in the match, as Porter finished with 20 kills and a team-high 13 digs, and Bowles recorded 19 kills and 10 digs to go along with six blocks. Lauren Fendrick also recorded double-figure kills, checking in with 11 on the evening. Angela Eckmier posted a career-high night for blocks, recording two solo blocks and nine block assists, and was part of 11 of UCLA's 15 blocks on the evening.

The Bruins return to action on Friday night with a 7 pm match at Washington State.
