Susdorf led UCLA to its first series victory over fourth-ranked Arizona State since 1999, guiding the Bruins to a 9-8 win on Thursday and an 8-7 extra-innings win on Friday. He hit .375 (6-for-16) over four games this past week and led the team with 11 total bases and a .688 slugging percentage. He had two doubles and a home run.
In Friday night's 13-inning victory over the Sun Devils, Susdorf drove in all three extra-inning runs with a solo home run in the 11th frame and a two-RBI double in the top of the 13th.
This is Susdorf's first UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of his career.
