Women's Soccer Dominates Denver, 5-1

Fullerton, Calif. - The second-ranked UCLA women's soccer team exploded for five goals, including three in the second half, en route to a 5-1 victory over Denver at the CSUF FILA Classic on Monday.

Forward Lindsay Greco led the Bruins with two goals on seven shots. Stephanie Rigamat, UCLA's leading scorer from a year ago, also added a goal, as did Mary-Frances Monroe, who scored the game winner against No. 3 Portland on Saturday. Bruin junior Tracey Winzen also added a goal in the 74th minute of play.

Kristen Warren scored Denver's only goal of day on a penalty kick in the 81st minute.

UCLA outshot Denver, 30-3.

Next up for UCLA will be a match with Louisville on Friday at the Orange/Blue Classic this week in Champaign, Ill. In their second game of the Classic, the Bruins will take on Syracuse on Sunday at Noon.
