UCLA defensive ends Kyle Morgan and Brigham Harwell both had successful arthroscopic procedures to remove partially torn knee cartilage today, head coach Karl Dorrell announced. Morgan, a junior, had the procedure on his left knee while Harwell, a freshman, had the procedure done on his right knee. Both procedures were performed by Bruin head team physician Dr. Gerald Finerman at the UCLA Medical Center. The procedures removed partially torn lateral meniscus from both players' knees and went smoothly. Both Morgan and Harwell and expected back in three to four weeks.
