Women's Soccer to Host Texas A&M in NCAA Round of 16

Los Angeles -The No. 6 seeded UCLA women's soccer team will host Texas A&M (18-6-0) in an NCAA third-round match this Sunday at UCLA's Drake Stadium. Match time is 1:00 p.m.

After receiving a first-round bye, UCLA (16-3-1) advanced to the third round with a commanding 3-0 victory over cross-town rival USC this past Saturday. Texas A&M, ranked ninth in the NSCAA national rankings, also received a first-round bye. The Aggies beat Marquette 4-0 in a second-round match on Sunday to advance to the round of 16.

The winner of Sunday's match will meet the winner between Clemson and Florida State in the NCAA quarterfinals. Site and date for that match will be determined following this weekend's games.

Sunday will mark the first-ever meeting between UCLA and Texas A&M.
