*Arizona has now won the last four games against UCLA and has narrowed the Bruins' lead in the series to 19-14-12.

*UCLA running back Derrick Coleman rushed for his fifth touchdown of the season in the first quarter, tying Johnathan Franklin for the team lead.

*UCLA quarterback Richard Brehaut's 68-yard touchdown pass to Randall Carroll in the third quarter was UCLA's longest pass play of the season, Brehaut's longest pass play of his career, and Carroll's longest reception of his career. The touchdown was also Brehaut's first career touchdown pass and Carroll's first career touchdown reception.

*Brehaut's 68-yard touchdown pass to Carroll was UCLA's longest touchdown pass since the fourth quarter of the Oregon State game on Sept. 29, 2007 when Ben Olson threw a 69-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Breazell.

*Brehaut achieved career-highs in passing yards in a game (228) and touchdown passes in a game (2).

*Carroll led the Bruins with a career-high 90 yards and also set a career-high with three receptions.

*UCLA wide receiver's Josh Smith's 49-yard touchdown reception from Brehaut on a flea-flicker in the fourth quarter was Smith's first touchdown as a Bruin. Smith finished the game with 74 receiving yards on three catches.

*UCLA cornerback Aaron Hester's fourth quarter interception in the end zone was his first career interception.

*Arizona quarterback Matt Scott passed for a career-high 319 yards on 24-for-36 passing. He also had 71 yards rushing for a total of 390 yards of total offense.
