The 12th-ranked Bruins (11-2, 5-2 Pac-12) travel across town for their final dual meet of the 2012-2013 season, facing top-ranked USC (9-1, 5-1) on Saturday at 12 p.m. at the Uytengsu Aquatic Center.
Both teams were off from competition last week after squaring off with the Bay Area schools on Feb. 1 and 2. UCLA lost to Stanford and California by matching 165-135 scores. USC defeated Cal 155-145, but fell to Stanford 158-137.
The Bruins will be looking to snap a five-year losing streak to USC. Last season, Kathryn Murphy and Andrea Reigel won events, but UCLA fell 170-130 at Spieker Aquatics Center. The Bruins' most recent win at USC was in 2007 when they clinched the victory on the meet's final relay.
The final dual meet of the season is the prelude to the Pac-12 Championships, which run from Feb. 27-March 2 in Federal Way, Wash.
