Bruins Split With Bay Area Foes

After scoring on a penalty kick in the 23rd minute, the Cardinal recorded an insurance goal in the 36th minute. Both teams played scoreless soccer for the remainder of the match.

Braun Injured in Stanford Match
Freshman defender/midfielder Chelsea Braun saw her season come to an unfortunate end against Stanford on Sunday, as she left the game with a knee injury in the 31st minute. Postgame tests showed that she had torn the ACL in her right knee. Braun had played in all 13 of the team's matches this season, making eight starts. Her lone goal of the season came in a 2-0 victory over San Diego on Sept. 24.

That match will be at Noon (PST).
