For the second consecutive week, freshman linebacker Myles Jack (Bellevue, Wash./Bellevue HS) of the UCLA football team was named the UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week (Nov. 11-17).
Jack, a freshman linebacker from Bellevue, Wash., set a new school record for true freshmen, rushing for four touchdowns in the Bruins' 41-31 victory over Washington. His four touchdowns were the most by any Bruin player in a single game since Maurice Jones-Drew had five in 2004. Jack finished with 13 carries and 59 yards rushing, to go along with five tackles.
This is Jack's second UCLA/Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of his career.
