Dahlkemper earned NSCAA second-team All-America and first-team All-Pacific Region honors in 2012 after leading UCLA's defense to a Pac-12 leading 14 shutouts and a team goals against average of just 0.55. The Bruins finished 2012 with an 18-3-2 record and advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals. Dahlkemper was a starter in all 23 of UCLA's games and ranked second on the team in minutes played, seeing a total of 2,016 of a possible 2,120 minutes. She also contributed offensively, recording three goals, including game-winners against UMass and Fresno State, and added three assists. She was twice named the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week (Aug. 20-27 and Oct. 1-7) and was also selected to the Soccer America Team of the Week for Aug. 20-27.
During her freshman campaign in 2011, Dahlkemper earned NSCAA third-team All-America, first-team all-region, first-team All-Pac-12 and Pac-12 all-freshman honors. She helped lead the Bruins to a 16-1-4 record, 13 shutouts and a team GAA of 0.55, starting in all 21 of the Bruins' games and totaling two assists.
A fixture on the U.S. Youth National Team, Dahlkemper played with the winning U.S. U-23 squad at the 2013 Four Nations Tournament. She also helped lead the Pali Blues to the 2013 W-League Championship.
The MAC Hermann Trophy is the highest individual award in college soccer presented annually to one male and one female athlete. The winners will be announced Friday, Jan. 10, 2014 at the trophy presentation banquet at the Missouri Athletic Club in St. Louis.
UCLA opens its season on Friday, Aug. 23 vs. Northeastern. The match will take place at Drake Stadium at 6 pm and will be televised live nationally on Pac-12 Networks.
