Price, the Pac-12 Track Athlete of the Week, won all four events she participated in at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational this past Saturday. Price set season-bests in all her open events, starting off with a win in the long jump, eclipsing the 21-foot mark for the first time this outdoor season. Price won the event with a 21-1.25 then ran the second leg of the winning 4x100m relay. Her mark of 21-1.25 is the fourth best in the country. Price then scorched the straightaway at Drake Stadium with a time of 11.56 before capping off her meet with a win in the 200 in a time of 23.90. UCLA won the double-dual meet against TCU and BYU.
Behind the serve of Mitch Stahl, the UCLA men's volleyball team reeled off seven-straight points in set three of a tied match against BYU to jump ahead 12-3 and take control of the match, which the Bruins won in four. Stahl had three service aces in the run and finished with six in the match to help the Bruins record a school record-tying 14 aces.
