Twelve UCLA regular-season women's soccer games will be televised by the Pac-12 Networks in 2013, as the network announced its plans to air a total of 58 live televised women's soccer games for the upcoming season.
The Bruins will have the first two live games on the Networks this season - Friday, Aug. 23 vs. Northeastern at 6 pm and Sunday, Aug. 25 vs. Cal State Northridge at 6 pm. Both games will take place at Drake Stadium and will be televised nationally.
UCLA and Stanford are tied with the most appearances on the Networks with 12 apiece.
Head coach Amanda Cromwell begins her first season at UCLA after leading the University of Central Florida to 12 NCAA Tournament appearances in 14 years, including an Elite Eight run in 2011. She will lead a Bruin squad that returns nine starters, including NSCAA All-American Abby Dahlkemper; Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Season honoree Sarah Killion; NSCAA All-Pacific Region selections Katelyn Rowland and Jenna Richmond; and All-Pac-12 players Samantha Mewis and Caprice Dydasco.
