Bruins in Fourth After Two Days at Ping/ASU Invite

Tempe, Ariz. - The UCLA women's golf team shot a seven-over par 295 Saturday to finish in fourth place after two days of play at the Ping/ASU Invitational in Tempe, Ariz.

With two days of play already in the books, Tulsa is the tournament leader with a combined score of 585. Trailing Tulsa is Arizona State (590), Arizona (591), UCLA (593), New Mexico (597) and Cal (597).

Individually for the Bruins, Charlotte Mayorkas is tied for ninth place with a combined score of 147. She shot a two-under 70 on Saturday. Following Mayorkas are: Gina Umeck (72, 76 - 148 - T12th), Alicia Um (75, 74 - 149 - T20th), Yvonne Choe (74, 79 - 153 - T40th) and Melissa Martin (81, 75 - 156 - T56th).

The Bruins continue play on Sunday.
