LOS ANGELES - UCLA senior Sara Walker fell to Duke's Kelly McCain in the quarterfinals at the Riviera/ITA All-American Tennis Championships Friday at the Riviera Tennis Club.

Walker, the tournament's No. 5 seed, started the day strong after registering a 6-4, 6-4 second-round victory over Harvard's Courtney Bergman. In the quarterfinals however, McCain, seeded fourth, ended Walker's run with a 6-3, 6-1 victory.

Walker's loss concludes UCLA's involvement with the ITA All-American. The Bruins will next be in action at the Omni Hotels ITA Regionals, Oct. 24-28 in San Diego.
