UCLA freshman midfielder Sal Zizzo (San Diego, Calif./Patrick Henry HS) was selected to Soccer America's Team of the Week for Sept. 1-4.
In his first collegiate start, the U.S. U-18 National Team player scored a goal and two assists in UCLA's 4-0 victory over Maryland. He assisted on UCLA's first two goals and scored the final goal in the second half. Zizzo was also selected the Pac-10 Player of the Week Tuesday.
