Brianna Winn To Transfer From UCLA

UCLA head women's basketball coach Kathy Olivier announced today that sophomore Brianna Winn will not participate with the team this upcoming season and has requested to seek a transfer from the school after the fall quarter.

Winn, a guard from San Diego, CA, saw action in 25 games off the bench last season and averaged 4.7 points and 1.2 rebounds per game. She had a season-best of 13 points in the home win over Washington State and led the team in scoring with nine points at Oregon State. As a prepster at The Bishop's School, she was the City Athlete of the Year and led her team to the Division IV State Championship. As a senior, she averaged 13 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.
