UCLA Men's Soccer Closes Out Spring Season

The UCLA men's soccer team, which is currently 2-0-1 in spring play, will play one last home spring game on Saturday, Apr. 17 against California on the North Athletic Field. Game time is 10:00 am, and admission is free.

The Bruins have three other spring games next week. On Monday, Apr. 19, they will play the Los Angeles Galaxy at the Rose Bowl at 10:00 am. UCLA will play two games on Saturday, Apr. 24 at Cal State Fullerton. The Bruins will face the University of San Diego at 10:00 am and Cal State Fullerton at 1:00 pm.

Expected to play for UCLA and assistant coach Steve Rammel are U.S. Under-23 National team members Sasha Victorine, Pete Vagenas and Steve Shak. Four Bruins and head coach Sigi Schmid are in Nigeria with the U.S. Under-20 National team for the FIFA World Youth Championships.

Earlier this spring, UCLA defeated Loyola Marymount 3-2 and UC San Diego 3-0 and tied San Diego State 0-0.
