LOS ANGELES - As far as the season, I mean we all know it was a very difficult season. It was a very disappointing season. A lot of things took place. All the way from the parking problems to the injuries to the youth and inexperience of our football team. To the highs of beating the Oregon's and the Washington's to the lows of losing to your cross-town rival. All in all, I was very proud of the effort of our football team. There is a lot of teams that would have bellied up and given in and I don't think our kids did. I'm grateful to them and thankful.
We now put a closure to this season and we begin a new one. Next year we won't be a young and inexperienced football team and I'm looking forward to that. Hopefully we will have more success. When we open Spring ball, there will be a lot of positions that will be wide open. We're going to make it very competitive and it will be very physical. I want to see how they respond during the offseason. Hopefully we will be able to develop some leadership during the course of that time.
