UCLA sophomore Charlotte Mayorkas, the nation's eighth-ranked player, received first-team All-Pac-10 honors for the 2002-03 season. Three other UCLA players received second team and honorable mention acclaim.
Mayorkas, who leads the Bruins in scoring average, set school records for lowest individual round and best 54-hole score this season. On April 6, she won her first collegiate tournament, the ASU Invitational. She also has placed among the Top 20 in her last six tournaments.
Mathews earned second team all-conference honors after finishing in a tie for 21st at the Pac-10 Tournament and recording three Top 20 finishes during the season.
Juniors Gina Umeck and Hana Kim received honorable mention honors. Kim, a transfer from Northwestern, recorded her best career finish by tying for fifth place at the conference tournament. Umeck earned conference honorable mention honors for the third straight year.
