LOS ANGELES - UCLA will be broadcast the NCAA Women's Water Polo Tournament for the third straight year on Saturday and Sunday from UC San Diego. This year as a convenience to Bruin and water polo fans around the Mother's Day weekend, the broadcasts will be available via telephone/cell phone over the TRZ TEAMLINE phone dial-in system.
The cost for calling the 800 access number for the NCAA water polo broadcasts will be about 20 cents per minute or around $18 per match if you listen in its entirety. To access the system for the 3 pm PST Saturday, May 10 semi-final match vs. Loyola-Marymount, a person would call 1-800-846-4794 to connect. You would then enter the code 5929 for UCLA sports broadcasts. A person then selects water polo from the sport menu to hear the broadcast. A credit card number is used for billing from anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, plus Canada.
If UCLA wins on Saturday, the NCAA Championship match between UCLA and either Stanford or Indiana would live over TRZ TEAMLINE at 3 pm on Sunday, May 11 with the same billing rates in effect. A person can call in and call back if they want and only be charged for the time he/she listens to the broadcast on their credit card.
Michael Sondheimer and Matt Armato, who have called the UCLA NCAA water polo matches the past two years will again be the broadcasters.
