The men's 4x400m relay team finished seventh overall in a time of 3:08.39 at the NCAA Indoor Championships on Saturday. The foursome of senior Craig Everhart, freshman Elijah Wells, sophomore James Rhoades and junior Brandon Johnson all earned All-American honors in the effort.

Everhart opened up the race with a 47.34 split, followed by Wells in 47.0, Rhoades in 47.30 and Johnson in 46.3 for a total time of 3:08.39. The Bruins were just .09 seconds out of fifth-place.

"It's great to see the young guys get All-American honors, and see Brandon and Craig rebound from yesterday's disappointing 400m," said Sprint Coach Tony Veney.

LSU won the race in a blistering time of 3:04.01, while Illinois was second (3:06.79) and Washington third (3:07.03).
