UCLA's Keiko Price Finishes 25th in Pan-Pac 100 Free

Sydney, Australia - UCLA senior Keiko Price swam a time of 58.09 on Thursday to finish 25th in the preliminary heats of the 100 Free at the 1999 Quantas Pan-Pacific Swimming Championships at the Homebush Aquatic Centre in Sydney, Australia.

American Jenny Thompson was the top qualifier after both the heats and semifinals. The top-16 athletes advance from the heats to the semifinals, and the top-eight in the semis advance to the event final.

Price will next compete in the heats of the 50 Free, which take place on Aug. 28.
