Bruins Head to Pacific Northwest . . .
Eighth-ranked UCLA (9-3; 2-0 Pac-10) looks to remain undefeated in conference play when it heads to the Pacific Northwest this week for matches against Washington State (5-5-2; 0-2 Pac-10) and No. 7 Washington (9-2-1; 0-1-1 Pac-10). The Bruins kickoff the weekend against the Cougars in Pullman. UCLA currently owns a nine-match winning streak against Washington State, leading the all-time series 9-1-1. The Bruins lead the all-time series with Washington, 7-2-1. Last year's match went to two overtimes with the Bruins eventually winning 3-2 on a goal by Bristyn Davis in the 109th minute of play.

Bruins Begin Pac-10 Play 2-0 . . .
Defending Pac-10 champion UCLA started conference play on the right foot, outscoring its opponents 10-1 over the weekend in wins over Oregon State 4-1 and Oregon 6-0 at Drake Stadium. Head coach Jillian Ellis registered her 100th victory at UCLA with the win Friday evening against OSU. On Sunday, Kendal Billingsley became the first defender in UCLA history to register a hat trick. She now ranks tied for third on the team in scoring with 11 points (5g, 1a).

UCLA in the Rankings . . .
The Bruins stayed the same this week in the NSCAA/adidas poll, holding at No. 8. The Bruins jumped a spot from No. 7 to No. 6 in Soccer America's weekly poll. UCLA, which has climbed as high as No. 3 this season, has been in the top-10 all year. Undefeated Notre Dame is the top-ranked team in both major polls.

UCLA in the Pac-10 Statistics . . .
Following its offensive explosion against the Oregon schools, UCLA has moved up to the top of many conference statistical categories. The Bruins lead the Pac-10 in goals per game (2.50), and are tied with Arizona in total goals (30) and corner kicks (79). Individually, Bristyn Davis ranks tied for first in total shots (46), tied for second in points (19) and assists (5), and tied for fifth in goals (7).

Against the NSCAA/adidas Top-25 . . .
