LOS ANGELES -UCLA head football coach Karl Dorrell has created a unique opportunity for Bruin football fans to personally experience Bruin Football.
This summer, Bruin Flashback Football will be launched on the UCLA campus and at the Rose Bowl.
"We are thrilled to be hosting Bruin Flashback Football. This is an outstanding opportunity for fans to gain first-hand experience of our program and the great tradition of Bruin Football," stated Dorrell. During the three-day camp, Dorrell and his staff will create reality football - Bruin style - for adult fans.
Bruin Flashback Football begins at the UCLA campus on Thursday afternoon, June 16 and concludes at the Rose Bowl on Saturday, June 18. At the Rose Bowl, participants will take the field Saturday morning in their official game jersey.
Many of the classroom and chalk-talk sessions will be the same as team meetings. Small-group instructional and competitive sessions will be featured during the on-field drills. This will be a non-contact camp with no shoulder pads or helmets.
Roster spots can be secured as a Flashback Player, Flashback Coach, or Flashback Owner. There is a spot for everyone in Bruin Flashback Football regardless of height, weight, or physical conditioning. Additionally, UCLA is inviting back some of the great players from its championship teams to relive some of the great moments in Bruin football history.
Additional information and a roster spot can be secured online at www.flashbackcamps.com/ucla or by calling 925-558-2742. The camp size will be limited to ensure that participants experience Bruin football at its best: up close and personal.
