Kelly Rulon Named MPSF Women's Water Polo Player of the Week

Kelly Rulon is one of UCLA water polo's star offensive players. She leads the team with 50 goals in 24 games. She has played in every game this year and has helped UCLA to an undefeated season so far. This past weekend, Rulon scored seven goals in the Bruins' games against No. 7 California and Pacific. She was the leading scorer in both games. In the Bruins' 15-6 victory against UC Irvine, she had three goals. Rulon also had four goals in UCLA's 15-1 victory on Sunday against Pacific.

In 2004, she redshirted at UCLA to play in the Athens Olympics. In the games, she had four goals, including the game winning goal against Hungary. Rulon is currently one of the top players in the nation.

Rulon is the fourth MPSF player of the of the week for UCLA this season. Emily Feher, Thalia Munro and Gabrielle Domanic were the previous three players of the week for the Bruins.
