Coming Up -- The No. 13 UCLA Women's Rowing team will be traveling to Redwood Shores, CA to compete in the Windermere Collegiate Crew Classic, presented by Stanford University and Windermere Real Estate. The event will take place from April 9th to the 10th, with more than 130 individual races scheduled over the two days between collegiate teams from around the country, and between local high schools and junior rowing clubs. This is the first year the Bruins have been invited to this prestigious event.
The Bruins will face Clemson, Virginia and Texas in the varsity and second varsity eight events, and the novice eight will face Washington, California and Clemson in their events. Each of the Bruins squads will race a total of three times over the weekend, facing each of their competitors head-to-head. The Winderemere is unique in that all races are Henley-style, a one-on-one dual race, which is the same format that is used for the Henley Royal Regatta in Henley-on-Thames, England.

Looking Ahead- The Bruins will be hosting the 30th annual Miller Cup at their home course at Marina Del Rey on April 16th. The Bruins will be competing against Loyola Marymount, San Diego State, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Irvine.
