*UCLA earned its first shutout since blanking Northeast Louisiana, 44-0, on Sept. 14, 1996. It is UCLA's first Pac-10 shutout since the Bruins shut out Stanford on the road, 49-0 on Oct. 3, 1987.
*Maurice Drew returned a punt 68 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter. It was UCLA's first punt return for a touchdown since Craig Bragg returned one for 74 yards vs. New Mexico in 2002. It was also the first time Stanford had given up a punt return since Cal returned one for 84 yards on Nov. 23, 2002.
*It was Drew's 10th career touchdown of 40 or more yards and the fourth different way in which he has scored a touchdown in his career (13 rushing, two receiving, two kickoff returns, one punt return).
*Drew rushed for 105 yards, his fourth 100-yard game of the year and fifth of his career.

*With 87 yards rushing, Manuel White moved up to 18th on UCLA's career rushing list with 1,670 yards.
*Quarterback Drew Olson moved up to sixth on UCLA's career passing list with 366 completions, passing Wayne Cook, who had 352 completions from 1991-94. Olson also moved up to ninth on the career total offense charts with 4,318 career yards and up to 24th on the single-season list with 1,715 yards.
*With three PATs, Justin Medlock moved into 25th in UCLA's career scoring charts with 125 points.
*Linebacker Spencer Havner recorded his eighth career interception in the third quarter. He had a game-high 16 tackles, moving into 18th on UCLA's career tackles list with 276.
