The 11th-ranked UCLA women's golf team finished in ninth place at the Wildcat Invitational, hosted by Tucson National Golf Course on Tuesday.
The Bruins posted a team score of 300 (+16) for a 54-hole total of 912 (+60). Arizona State won the event with a three-round score of 868 (+16), followed by Duke at 876 (+24) and USC at 881 (+29). BYU was fourth at 895 (+43) and New Mexico and Pepperdine tied for fifth place at 897 (+45).
Individually for the Bruins, senior Hannah Jun recorded her second straight Top 10 finish, tying for ninth place at 217 (+4). She posted a final round score of 73 (+2). Sophomore Tiffany Joh tied for 23 at 12-over par 225 after a final round score of 74 (+3). Sophomore Ryann O'Toole tied for 51st at 235 (+22) after carding a 72 (+1) in the final round. Freshman Sydnee Michaels was 25-over par and tied for 58th at 238 and junior Maiya Tanaka tied for 64th at 243 (+30).
