Each week, uclabruins.com will update and highlight select UCLA players' progress during the current MLS season. Games highlighted are from Sept. 17-23. The Bruins lead all universities with 22 alumni in MLS.

Tony Beltran (Real Salt Lake; Years played at UCLA: 2006-07)
Beltran started and played all 90 minutes in defense as Real Salt Lake defeated the Portland Timbers, 2-1, on Saturday. He recorded one shot in the match and has started and played all 90 minutes in Salt Lake's last nine matches.

Estrada returned from injury and played 19 minutes as a substitute in Seattle's 2-1 loss to San Jose on Saturday. Estrada came on for Steve Zakuani in the 71st minute and recorded two shots in the match. It was Estrada's first minutes since May 26 after he spent the last few months recovering from a foot injury.

Feilhaber came on as a substitute and played 17 minutes for New England in their 1-1 draw with the New York Red Bulls on Saturday. He came on for Diego Fagundez in the 73rd minute and drew a second yellow card on Red Bulls defender Connor Lade to put New York down to 10 men.

Myers then came back on Saturday and played seven minutes off the bench in Kansas City's 0-0 draw with Montreal. Sporting Kansas City currently sits atop the standings in the Eastern Conference and Myers has played a key role in helping the club achieve that standing, starting 24 of Kansas City's 30 matches.

Amobi Okugo started and played all 90 minutes at center back in Philadelphia's 1-0 loss to D.C. United on Thursday. Okugo did not record a statistic in the match. Then on Sunday, Okugo again started and played all 90 minutes as the Union defeated the Dynamo, 3-1. He recorded his first assist of the year on Philadelphia's final goal, setting up Josué Martinez to seal the win for the Union. Okugot has now started and played all 90 minutes in Philadelphia's last 17 matches.

He helped salvage a draw for the Revolution by assisting on Darrius Barnes' game-tying goal in the 95th minute, earning the second assist on the play. Rowe now has three goals and four assists for the Revolution as he continues to impress during his rookie season.
