Flores Misses Cut at U.S. Amateur

UCLA junior Erik Flores missed the cut at the 107th U.S. Amateur Championship being played this week at the Olympic Club in San Francisco.

Flores played 36 holes on Tuesday because of Monday's fog delay. On the Ocean Course in the first round, Flores posted a nine-over par score of 79 that included a 10 on the par 5 fourth hole. In his second round on the Lake Course, he posted a score of 75 (+5).
