2016 NFL Draft
Franklin Named Walter Camp Second-Team All-American

Dec. 7, 2012

LOS ANGELES - UCLA running back Johnathan Franklin earned second-team All-America honors on Thursday, as the Walter Camp Football Foundation released its list of All-Americans for 2012.

Thursday was a big day for Franklin, who was in Florida for the ESPN College Football Awards show as he was a finalist for the Doak Walker Award, given to the nation's top running back.

UCLA's career (4,369) and single-season (1,700) rushing leader, Franklin still has one more game to play to cap off his stellar four-year career in Westwood, as the Bruins will take on Baylor in the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 27 in San Diego, Calif.
