Anna Li Places Third On Uneven Bars At Visa Championships

UCLA alumna Anna Li took home a bronze medal on the uneven bars at the Visa Championships on Saturday, posting a two-event total of 29.45, three-tenths of a point out of first place.

Li led on uneven bars after day one with a score of 15.05 but was overtaken on day two after scoring 14.4. She finished tied for third on bars and was 14th on beam with a two-day score of 26.65.

The eight-time All-American Bruin was making her comeback to elite competition, competing at the Visa Championships for the first time since 2005. Her third-place finish on uneven bars was her highest ever at the national championships.
