Bruins Complete Western Refining Collegiate All-America Golf Classic

Two UCLA players completed competition at the 36th annual Western Refining Collegiate Golf All-America Classic held at the El Paso Country Club Tuesday.

Juniors Gregor Main and Alex Shi Yup Kim finished 54 holes of competition. Main tied for fourth place at 205 (-8) with a final round of 68 (-3). Kim placed 25th with a three-round total of 216 (+3) after posting a 73 (+1) on Tuesday.

Alex Ching of the University of San Diego became the first player in the history of the tournament to finish last the year before winning medalist honors. Ching posted consecutive rounds of 67 for a 54-hole score of 201 (-12).

The El Paso Country Club played to a par of 71 over 6,862 yards.
