2016 NFL Draft
Olson Rehabbing Right Foot

May 28, 2008

UCLA quarterback Ben Olson is in his first week of rehabbing his right foot following surgery and is making good progress. Olson, who is still in a boot and on crutches, is doing partial weight-bearing work and is expected to be ready to throw at the end of next month.

Olson, who suffered a fractured fifth metatarsal in his right foot on April 24, had a screw inserted into the foot on May 6. Last week, he rode a stationary bike while receiving treatment to maintain his cardio training.

Olson, who has started 10 games over the last two seasons, enters his senior year having throw for 1,873 yards and 12 touchdowns as a Bruin.
