Winn, who will be a senior in the fall, was second on tower with a score of 283.75. She was fourth after the prelim/quarterfinal round and moved up with a solid list in the final.
"Laura got hot in the final and competed well on a list that isn't her strongest," said dive coach Tom Stebbins. "Her steadiness and performance in this meet is what we have been trying to get to. It started developing late last year and I can see how she is so much more confident in her dives."
Vale earned a spot at U.S. Nationals in both three-meter and three-meter syncho. She was fourth on 3M with a score of 234.30 and then third on 3M synchro with a score of 221.46.
"Michelle is moving on to her first Senior National and I'm very excited for her. She's only competed on synchro maybe one other time so it's great to see her move on in that event.
"I'm really excited for both Michelle and Laura and looking forward to them competing at Senior Nationals."
The Senior National Championships are being held on the campus of Texas A&M University, August 10-15.
At the Zone C Championships, Maggy Boyd finished 25th on 1M (183.80) and 28th on 3M (169.65).
