The longest at-bat of the game was in the seventh when Alisha Rosen grounded out following a 19-pitch plate appearance. Langenfeld struck out the side in the third and two each in the fifth and sixth, retiring the final six batters of the game. At the plate, she doubled in the go-ahead run in the fifth inning to make it 3-2.

After throwing 158 pitches with five 10-plus pitch at-bats the day before, she had four more 10-plus pitch at-bats and threw 107 pitches. She retired the side in order in the first, fourth, fifth and sixth, retiring 12 in a row at one point. Langenfeld got the Bruins on the board with her bat in the first inning, hitting her seventh home run of the season with one aboard to give the Bruins a 2-0 lead.
