Coach Mora addresses media after Thursday's practice

The Bruins (4-2, 1-2) continued their work for Saturday's Pac-12 Conference game (12:05 p.m. on FOX) against Utah (2-3, 0-2) this morning on Spaulding Field. UCLA leads in the overall series by a count of 8-2 and is hosting the Utes for the first time since the 2006 season-opener.

Bruin Notes ---- In addition to ranking second all-time in rushing at UCLA, Johnathan Franklin is eighth on the all-time school list for all-purpose yardage (3,855). Maurice Jones-Drew is UCLA's leader in all-purpose yardage (4,688) and he spoke to the team on Thursday after practice. Jones-Drew's Jacksonville Jaguars have a bye this week.

The Bruins are tied for the lead in the Pac-12 and are ranked tied for second in the nation with 17 turnovers gained (10 interceptions, seven fumbles). UCLA has won 14 of its last 18 games in which it has won the turnover battle and has dropped 28 of the last 39 contests in which it has lost or tied the turnover battle.
