LOS ANGELES - UCLA forward Sydney Leroux was named one of the top 11 women's soccer players in the country according to one of the sport's leading publications on Wednesday, as she was selected as a First-Team MVP by Soccer America.

Leroux, a junior from Vancouver, British Columbia, led UCLA in scoring in 2010, ending the season with 27 points on 13 goals and one assist. She also led the team in game-winning goals with six.
