  • With the win today, UCLA snaps a four-game losing streak and improves its all-time record to 38-13-4 all-time against the Beavers. The Bruins have now won four straight against Oregon State.
  • Wide receiver Marcus Everett had two touchdown receptions today, his team-leading fourth and fifth TD catches of the season. Everett has caught at least one pass in 19 of the last 20 games and in 15 straight games.
  • Wide receiver Junior Taylor caught his 100th career pass in the first half and now ranks (tied for 15th with Jojo Townsell on UCLA's career receptions list). Taylor has now caught at least one pass in 23 of the last 24 games he has played in and in 14 consecutive games.
  • With 13 points today (four field goals and one PAT), UCLA kicker Justin Medlock moved into second place on UCLA's all-time scoring list with 335 points, passing Skip Hicks, who had 330. Medlock has made 23 field goals this season, moving into second place on the UCLA single-season field goals list. John Lee holds the record with 32 field goals in 1984.
  • Medlock tied his career high with four field goals in the game. He had previously made four field goals in three other games (vs. Washington in 2006, vs. Rice in 2006 and vs. San Diego State in 2004).
  • Will Peddie blocked an Oregon State field goal in the first half. It was his second blocked field goal of the season; he blocked a field goal at Oregon on Oct. 14.
  • Tailback Chris Markey had 84 yards rushing on the day, moving him up to 19th on UCLA's career rushing list with 1,774 yards. Markey also moved up to 14th on UCLA's career all-purpose yards list with 3,185 (84 yards rushing, 11 yards receiving today).
  • UCLA's defense limited Oregon State to 260 net yards of total offense, marking the sixth time this season the Bruins have held an opponent to less than 300 yards of total offense.
