On Day 3, Golda scored two more goals and Jamie Hipp totaled seven saves in a 9-4 win over Italy. Hipp followed that performance with 11 saves in a 12-8 win over Australia to end the Round Robin portion of the tournament.

Team USA cruised to a 15-8 victory in the finals of the tournament over European Champion Russia. Golda added one goal and Hipp made three saves in the final victory. Both women were named to the 2007 World Championship roster following the event.
