The women's track and field team wrapped up competition at the MPSF Championships on Saturday in Seattle and finished eighth as a team. Allison Koressel, Kylie Price and Brea Buchanan highlighted the women's competitors in Seattle.
Koressel finished fifth in the pole vault with a mark of 13-4.50. Price was fourth in the 60m (7.57), while Buchanan finished fourth in the 60m hurdles with a lifetime-best mark of 8.42.
The 4x400m relay team of Breyonna Hunter, Price, Paisley Pettway and Katie Reid ran a season-best of 3:44.67 to finish fifth overall. Hunter also finished 17th in the 400m with a lifetime-best run of 56.46. Pettway was 15th in the 800m (2:12.80).
Tori Anthony was 10th in the pole vault (12-10.75), while Tasha Kolbo, Courtney Reginato and Kayla Mallett all tied for 13th with equal clearances of 12-4.75. Mallett was also 12th in the triple jump (38-3.50). Alexis Walker led the way in the high jump as she tied for eighth with a mark of 5-6. Zibby Boyer tied for 16th (5-4.25).
