The UCLA men's basketball team has been selected for the 2011 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.
The Bruins are the No. 7 seed in the Southeast Region and will face No. 10 Michigan State on Thursday at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, FL.
If the Bruins defeat Michigan State, they would face the winner of the game between No. 2 Florida and No. 15 UC Santa Barbara.
UCLA is scheduled to play the second game of the evening session. Tip time will be approx. 9:20 pm EDT/6:20 pm PDT and the game will be televised by TBS.

This is UCLA 44th appearance in the NCAA basketball tournament. The Bruins have won 11 NCAA titles and have 99 tournament wins, third on the all-time list.
UCLA has played in the NCAA Tournament six times during Ben Howland's eight years as head coach, reaching the Final Four in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
