Josh Rebholz serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations at UCLA, having joined the staff in August of 2011. He is a member of Dan Guerrero's senior staff.

In this role, Rebholz oversees all facets of fund development, marketing, promotion, branding, licensing, alumni relations, and ticket sales for UCLA Athletics. Since his arrival, the Wooden Athletic Fund, the annual fund for UCLA Athletics, has reached record levels of support, including generating an all-time high $11.7M in unrestricted annual gifts as well as an increase of 2,000 new donors, most in UCLA's history. There has also been an increase in major gifts to UCLA from 16 to nearly 200 donors giving more than $25,000 annually, and in 2014 UCLA Athletics broke an all-time fundraising record, raising $80M in just one fiscal year. Ticket sales for UCLA Football have also increased under Rebholz’s leadership, where UCLA lead the Pac-12 Conference in attendance in 2014 at 76,650 fans per game, an all-time UCLA Football record, while 2014 saw the largest season ticket sales and student season ticket sales in school history.

In addition to oversight of Athletics’ External Relations, Rebholz is the department's liaison with IMG, UCLA's corporate and media rights holder, serves on the senior staff of the UCLA Foundation, overseeing Athletics’ effort to raise $260 million in private support during UCLA’s Centennial Campaign, and has been involved in developments such as the renaming of the UCLA Athletics complex the Jackie Robinson Athletics & Recreation Complex, the student seating location enhancement at Pauley Pavilion, Bruin Blue magazine, the retirement of Troy Aikman's #8 jersey, and UCLA's exterior branding of the Rose Bowl.

Prior to coming to UCLA, Rebholz served as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development & Revenue Enhancement at the University of Wyoming. He also served as the Executive Director of the Cowboy Joe Club, the University's general scholarship fund for student-athletes. During his tenure at Wyoming, the Cowboy Joe Club increased its annual cash giving by 52% and overall annual cash support had increased by 185% or more than $2 million. Rebholz also oversaw the completion of the University's $38 million athletic facility capital campaign, the largest in school history.

Also while at Wyoming, Rebholz oversaw the sales, planning and implementation of new premium seating opportunities, including the Wildcatter Stadium Club and Suites at War Memorial Stadium, where the University enjoyed an additional $800,000 in increased revenues. In his final two years at Wyoming, Rebholz's oversight involved all revenue enhancements at the University of Wyoming, including ticket sales. Rebholz was responsible for the highest football ticket revenue in University history in 2011 at more than $2.6 million.

Prior to joining Wyoming, Rebholz was a member of the athletic development staff at the University of Missouri, where he worked under the direction of Director of Athletics Mike Alden. Rebholz began his intercollegiate athletics career serving as the Director of Donor Relations at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.

Rebholz currently serves on the Executive Committee for the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD). NAADD is an organization which provides educational and networking opportunities, enhancement of acceptable operating standards and ethics, and establishment of the overall prestige and understanding of the profession of athletics development and fund raising. In 2014, Rebholz was named a finalist for NAADD's National Athletics Fundraiser of the Year award.

A former member of the Weber State football team and a native of Scottsdale, AZ, Rebholz earned a bachelor's degree in integrated studies from Weber State University in Ogden, UT. Rebholz's Uncle, R.C. Johnson, retired in 2013 after more than 30 years as an Athletic Director, most recently as the Director of Athletics at the University of Memphis. Rebholz lives in the West LA neighborhood with his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Peyton.
