Volunteer Assistant Coach

1st Season

The 2004 season will be the first for volunteer assistant coach Hugh Donald, who has lended his services to the UCLA women's soccer program after relocating to Santa Monica from San Juan Capistrano.

While in Orange County, Donald was a coach with the highly-successful Southern California Blues Program. He spent 10 years with the Blues, coaching in all age levels.

Prior to his involvement with the Blues, Donald was the head coach at Santa Monica High School from 1986-96.

A native of Scotland, Donald graduated from Cardonald College in 1981, earning a degree in electrical engineering. Prior to entering coaching, he owned his own electrical company.

Donald holds a USSF `B' License.
