UCLA -- Although he missed 15 games last season with hamstring and ankle injuries, when Morrison was healthy and on the floor for the Bruins, he was one of UCLA's top offensive threats and defensive stoppers ... Early in the season, before the hamstring injury, he set career-highs in points (28, including 6-8 from three-point range) and rebounds (nine) vs. UC Riverside and in UCLA's last game, after the ankle injury, he led the Bruins with 23 points, including 5-7 from three-point range, against Washington at the Pac-10 Tournament ...A two-year (2000-02) letterman at North Carolina, Morrison transferred to UCLA at the conclusion of the 2001-02 school calendar ... North Carolina -- As a sophomore for the Tar Heels, playing both point and shooting guard, Morrison appeared in all 28 games and averaged 7.1 points, led NC with 42 three-pointers (42-125, 33.6), was third on the team with 72 assists (2.6) and shot 75.7 (28-37) from the foul line ... He scored a career-high 21 points in Carolina's win over Georgia Tech and added 19 in a victory over Saint Joseph's ... Scored in double figures 10 times in 28 games and had a season-high six assists on two occasions ... As a freshman in 2000-01, Morrison played in 32 of Carolina's 33 games, averaging 3.0 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists and shot 37.8 (17-45) from three-point range ...
