UCLA--On Nov. 4, Bozeman suffered a right knee injury (ACL) in practice and on Nov. 10, he had season-ending surgery and redshirted the 2004-05 campaign . . .He was UCLA's starting point guard his first three years ... 2002-03 -- In his 21 games (17 starts), Bozeman averaged 26.0 minutes (third on team), 7.3 points (No. 6 on the team), 3.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists (second) and 0.8 steals while shooting 40.8 from the floor, 31.3 from three-point range and 51.4 from the line ... He scored in double figures seven times, including three of his last six games, and led the Bruins in assists on 10 occasions and in steals on four occasions ... In his last 12 games, he made 37 of 83 field goal attempts (44.6) ... He averaged 8.5 points (51), 3.2 rebounds (19) and 3.2 assists (19) in his final six games ... At Georgetown (Feb. 8), Bozeman scored 10 points and made two free throws with 4.9 seconds to give the Bruins a 71-70 victory, ending UCLA's nine-game losing streak ...In UCLA's 96-91 overtime loss to Oregon in Pauley (Jan. 30), Bozeman played a career-high tying 40 minutes and scored a career-best 17 points, with five rebounds and assists, a career-high tying two steals and just two turnovers ... His assist-to-turnover ratio was 1.39 (1.74 in Pac-10 league play to rank fourth) and in his last 13 games, he passed for 49 assists while committing 27 turnovers (1.81 ratio) ... His highlight game was vs. Houston, playing 31 minutes, with a then- career-high 13 points, two rebounds and four assists.
NCAA -- In the "Sweet 16" contest vs. Missouri, Bozeman played 28 minutes with eight points, three rebounds and two assists ... In a then-career-high 39 minutes vs. No. 1 seed Cincinnati in a second round contest, he had eight points, a then-career-high five rebounds (including a career-best four offensive rebounds), four assists and no turnovers ...
