Summer 2004 -- Competed for South Korea in the 2004 Athens Olympics.

2004 -- Broke his own Korean National pole vault record with a jump of 18-04.50 at the NCAA Championships to finish second overall, earning All-American honors ... Regional Championships (17-7) and Pac-10 (17-07.25) runner-up ... Won the USC/UCLA Dual Meet ... Finished second at the Texas Relays (18-00.50).

2003 -- Set the Korean National pole vault record of 18-2.50, placing second at the Pac-10 Championships ... Earned All-America honors at the NCAA Championships, placing fifth (tied) with a vault of 17-4.50 ... Placed second at the NCAA West Regional (17-11).

2002 -- Redshirted the 2002 season.
