2011 Soccer Tickets
Men's Outlook: UCLA returns every starter and point producer from a 2010 team that won 16 games and advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals. Among the returners are 2010 Pac-10 Freshman of the Year and U.S. Under-20 National Team starter Kelyn Rowe (7g, 10a), U.S. Under-20 National Team player Eder Arreola (4g, 7a), 2010 Team MVP Brian Rowe (8 shutouts), leading scorer Victor Chavez (10g, 5a), 2010 first-team All-Pac-10 honoree Andy Rose and NSCAA All-Region honoree Matt Wiet. The Bruins also welcome four freshmen, including High School All-American Reed McKenna, and two midfielders via transfer, Ryan Lee from Ohio State and Victor Munoz from Iona College.
Women's Outlook: For the first time in 12 years there is a new person at the helm of the UCLA women's soccer program, as first-year head coach B.J. Snow looks to continue excellence. A wealth of talent returns in 2011, led by senior All-American Sydney Leroux, returnees Zakiya Bywaters (MF), Jenna Richmond (MF), Chelsea Cline (MF) and Chante' Sandiford (GK), all figure to help UCLA maintain its position among the elite teams in America. Coach Snow also landed the nation's No. 1 recruiting class in the offseason.
