Becoming part of a varsity Division I program at UCLA

USC - they had their band out there and those huge container ships

My toes have to be painted
What was your most embarrassing moment in a race?
Not during a race, but at one practice I slid down the dock into the creek

Watching Dawn fall off of her erg!
If you could give advice to a young kid playing your sport, what would it be?
It may seem hard at first, but stick with it because rowing in a race is incredible.
If you could change anything about your sport, what would you change?
I wish we could row when the sun is actually up!

Why did you come to UCLA?
The location, academics and athletics. I also liked that it was a big college with a lot to offer everyone.

Geography 2 and 113 with Professor Gillespie

Who do you admire most in life and why?
My parents because they have always put my sister and me first

Our founding fathers to ask them how they think America turned out

I would go back to the age of the dinosaurs so I could see a T-Rex.

My best friend Emily because she could make me laugh

T-Rex … my roommates think I'm "the big one"

That's funny … it's ice cream!

I eat too much ice cream and watch way too much TV.
